Not Working Anymore on Apple TV

As there is no Web Browser available on your Apple TV, after configuring your Apple TV with our DNS you may need to update your IP address by accessing your account page from another device like a computer or a phone connected to the same network than your Apple TV.
  1. Access your account page with a device connected to the same network than your Apple TV.
  2. If your IP address needs to be updated, click on the Update IP button.
  3. Restart your Apple TV by going to Settings > System > Restart
You can also try configuring your Apple TV with our secondary DNS Server following the Apple TV setup guide but using address 163.172.156.027 instead of 045.063.105.236

If you still have issues, configure the device you are using to access your account with our DNS following our setup guides and verify that you you get the three green checks on your account page and then restart your Apple TV.
