Steps to setup an iPad under iOS 11, iOS 12 or iOS 13:
- Click on Settings and then click on Wi-Fi.
- Click on the network you are connected.
- Scroll down to DNS and click on Configure DNS.
- Select Manual and remove all the existing DNS Servers.
- Then click on Add Server and enter address 45.63.105.236 and click again on Add Server and enter address 163.172.156.27
- Click on Save.
- Restart your iPad.
Steps to setup an iPad under iOS 10:
- Click on Settings and then click on Wi-Fi.
- Click on the network you are connected.
- Click on the DNS Field and delete current address.
- Enter these DNS server adresses: 45.63.105.236, 163.172.156.27
- Restart your iPad
Important
First step of troubleshooting should always be to restart device(s) and router. Then check your account status in your account. You should always see 3 green check marks if the device you are using to visit the account home is set up correctly.
