6. In the Apple ID Sign in dialog box, enter the Email of the Swiss Apple ID, then tap Next.
7. Enter the Swiss Apple ID Password, then tap Next.
8. Follow the onscreen steps to agree to the Terms and Conditions and update your Apple ID. If it does not ask you to agree to the Terms and Conditions at this step, open the App Store and download an app, it will then ask you to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
9. You will be asked for a payment method, you can just choose NONE and enter any valid address from Switzerland and any phone number from Switzerland.
