You can create a new Apple ID to access the US App Store from any country following these steps:

1. Go to https://appleid.apple.com/us/
2. Click on "Create your Apple ID".
3. Enter all requested informations using a different email address than the one you actually use for your Apple ID. Make sure the Country/Region selected is United States. You can inform your phone number even it is not one from the US.
4. Confirm your email address with the code received on this email.
5. Confirm your phone number with the code received on your phone.

Once your new US Apple ID is created, you will need to activate it for the App Store before you can use it on your Apple TV.

To activate your new US Apple ID for the US App Store on an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, follow these steps:

1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the Settings app.
2. Tap on on your current Apple ID shown in the Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases section
3. Tap Media & Purchases, choose Sign Out and confirm by tapping the Sign Out button in the dialog box.
4. Tap Media & Purchases
5. If you get a dialog box asking to use one of your other Apple IDs tap Not <your name>?
6. In the Apple ID Sign in dialog box, enter the Email of the US Apple ID, then tap Next.
7. Enter the US Apple ID Password, then tap Next.
8. Follow the onscreen steps to agree to the Terms and Conditions and update your Apple ID. If it does not ask you to agree to the Terms and Conditions at this step, open the App Store and download an app, it will then ask you to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
9. You will be asked for a payment method, you can just choose NONE and enter any valid address from the US and any US phone number.

5. You will be asked for a payment method, you can just choose NONE and enter any valid address from the US and any US phone number.

1. On your PC, download iTunes for Windows from the Microsoft Store.
2. In the iTunes app on your PC, choose Account > Sign in.
3. Sign In with the new US Apple ID you created.
4. Follow the onscreen steps to agree to the Terms and Conditions and update your Apple ID.
5. You will be asked for a payment method, you can just choose NONE and enter any valid address from the US and any US phone number.

Once your US Apple ID have been activated for the US App Store, you can switch between the two accounts on your Apple TV or on your iPad/iPhone to be able to access both your current country App Store and the US App Store.
