4. Confirm your email address with the code received on this email.
5. Confirm your phone number with the code received on your phone.

Once your new UK Apple ID is created, you will need to activate it for the App Store before you can use it on your Apple TV.

1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the Settings app.

3. Tap Media & Purchases, choose Sign Out and confirm by tapping the Sign Out button in the dialog box.
4. Tap Media & Purchases
5. If you get a dialog box asking to use one of your other Apple IDs tap Not <your name>?
6. In the Apple ID Sign in dialog box, enter the Email of the UK Apple ID, then tap Next.
7. Enter the UK Apple ID Password, then tap Next.
8. Follow the onscreen steps to agree to the Terms and Conditions and update your Apple ID. If it does not ask you to agree to the Terms and Conditions at this step, open the App Store and download an app, it will then ask you to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
9. You will be asked for a payment method, you can just choose NONE and enter any valid address from the UK and any UK phone number.
