You can change the Play Store country and install an app available only in this country following these steps:
- Go to your Liberador account Region Settings page.
- In the Google Play section, choose the country you want then click on the Update Google Play Region button.
- Verify you are able to get the three green checks on your Liberador Account page.
- Restart your device.
- Once your device is restarted, open the Google Play website (not the Google Play Android app) in a web browser.
- Choose the app you want to install from the Google Play website.
- Click on Install.
- If you were not yet authenticated on the Google Play website, you will be asked to authenticate yourself with your Google account.
- Choose the Android device you want to install the app on, then click on Install.
- If the app install did not start automatically on your Android Device, Open the Google Play app on the selected Android device and it will begin the app download and install it.
Note that when you change the Play Store country this way, you are not changing your Google Account country. It is enough to be able to install an app from another Play Store country on your Android device through the Google Play website.
To be able to install an app from the Google Play Android app, you would also need to change you Google Account country.
It is possible to change the country of your Google Account, but you also need to have a payment method from this country and can only do a country change once every 12 months.
